The child of the Patient Ö has been condensed and repressed because of the object relations between his mother this normally happens at age 3 or less however the Patient Ö has a petrified psyche because of his splitting and that is the reason of his anxiety and repression as a baby which causes his behavior to spiral into a provoker against the Patient Y thus there is far less likelihood of his own forgotten wishes coming to light in his psyche as his psychic content is uncomfortable but he is not sure what it is as a baby he buried it for causing distress and he can not remember the feelings of the baby as he was abandoned by his mother in his psychic world as his antenna is very sharp where are these memories where are they now the Patient Ö is upsetting the Patient Y to justify himself and create distance between the anxiety as he splits it horizontally that is his goal to disavow the feelings towards his mother as he did as a baby then he begins to project as the very object of his disavowing to protect his psyche and he is continuing to split to keep his infantile defense mechanisms intact
